Access is through a standard door and the space includes use of large toilet and a kitchenette. Happy Maki Festivals operates from the other half of the unit so the entrance and toilet etc will be shared for 3 months of the year in June - early September. Outside of this time you will be the only person using the space.  It is a wonderful community of businesses, there is a cafe onsite, Pilates classes, physio and strength and conditioning as well as a post room for parcels etc.  The setting is also dog friendly and extremely quiet and picturesque.
